Tamara Kozlova founded 2Rectify, LLC with the vision of helping people resolve disputes through conversation, not confrontation. With a background in law and extensive mediation training, Tamara blends legal insight with a deep understanding of human dynamics.

She graduated from North Park University with a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, where she concentrated on Organizational Behavior and Ethics. Before founding 2Rectify, Tamara worked in Risk Management at the law firm of Baker McKenzie. Her experience in both the legal and corporate worlds gives her a well-rounded perspective when navigating complex interpersonal and organizational conflicts.

She is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC)—bringing a strong professional foundation to her mediation work. But what truly sets Tamara apart is her ability to connect with people. She listens closely, guides thoughtfully, and never loses sight of each person’s dignity and voice in the process.

Tamara has helped resolve issues ranging from family disagreements and divorce concerns to business and workplace conflicts. Her goal is always the same: to create a space where people can speak openly, be heard, and find solutions that work for everyone involved.

Outside of her professional work, Tamara is committed to continued learning and collaboration. She works alongside her colleague in growing their mediation practice, and together they are focused on offering approachable, practical solutions to complex challenges.
